mushing day two
the second stage of the sled dog race went right by our back door today, on the slough. dea and i walked down to watch the action, but left pella at home as it can get pretty intense.

These are so cool! Not something you get to see in the suburbs of Chicago, except at the 'movies'. This last pic of the dogs looks just like the movie 'Eight Below'.
