hanging out at the Mayo Clinic today after a bone marrow biopsy, chemotherapy drug and more tests. alot of close attention from doctors and nurses because this is a clinical research project, it's not so bad being first! check out ben's photo blog for a more detailed account.

Can they give you that cancer treatment medicine in the form of a martini? the chemotini perhaps? I need you back up here to be my personal batender. My hands also miss your shoulders...

oh yeah that totally reminds me - i went to this bar when i was in california that made 100 different martinis - and i stole one of their menus for you. thought it would be good inspiration for your next dance party. i was there with my new boss and feeling totally embarrassed trying to explain why i was stealing a martini menu. only problem is i have no idea where it is now, one of the joys of moving - i am in a constant state of looking for something.
anyhow i'm pretty sure you can now kick some serious meditation butt and ace the buddhism practical with your ability to endure pain.
