my dad and his new mustang drove my grandma to Mayo Clinic today. This is inside the hospital in the Gonda building where I had my last chemotherapy treatment for now. I have one more big day on Thursday and if all goes well I should be flying home on Sat. my dad wanted to take me for a ride with the top down, but I was not feeling too well today. we went about six blocks back to the Transplant House. it was great to see them both!

hay dea...i've been following your blog entries since you got to the Mayo Clinic, and I've been thinking about you a lot. I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers. You're one of the toughest girls I've ever met, and I know if anyone can find the silver lining, it's you! I'm wishing you a safe, speedy recovery!

steve - you tell me a cool seattle spot - that's an easy rendezvous point between seatac and la conner, wa - and we'll meet you for a late dinner? desert? or a martini? i'm glad to hear bowling is closed... dea of course won't need sleep after a full day of travelling and a month of mayo torture, but i do.
